Hikvision DS-2CD2343G2-LI2U/SL CCTV Kit helps you see what is happening, speak to visitors and respond to activity around your property. Detailed 4MP turret cameras combine AcuSense human and vehicle detection with built-in microphones, speakers and active light and sound warnings. Choose your recorder, camera quantity and storage to build a 4MP PoE CCTV kit around your premises.
This two-way audio CCTV system brings together wide-angle 2.8mm cameras, Smart Hybrid Light illumination and a Hikvision network recorder. Supplied black CAT5 cables simplify camera connections, while a choice of 4, 8 or 16 recording channels makes this Hikvision AcuSense camera kit suitable for homes, shops, offices and commercial properties. Camera quantities must suit the selected recorder’s channel capacity and available power.

Two-Way Audio and Active Deterrence
Each camera includes an arrayed dual microphone and a built-in speaker. This two-way audio CCTV system supports listening and talk-back through compatible software after setup. Enable audio recording on the NVR if you want sound stored alongside the video.
The cameras can trigger an audible warning and flashing white light for configured events. Adjust detection areas, schedules and warning settings to suit the location. The DS-2CD2343G2-LI2U/SL uses a white warning light.
Smart Hybrid Light and Clear Night Viewing
Smart Hybrid Light combines infrared and white-light illumination with three supplemental lighting modes. Infrared supports discreet black-and-white night viewing, while white light supports colour images after dark. Select the lighting mode that suits the scene and your preferences.
Illumination reaches up to 30 metres in suitable conditions. Actual night-time detail depends on the scene, positioning and available light. During the day, 120dB WDR helps retain detail in bright and shaded areas, while image noise reduction helps keep the picture cleaner.
AcuSense Human and Vehicle Detection
Configure motion detection, line-crossing and intrusion rules with human and vehicle filtering to monitor the areas that matter. This can help reduce notifications caused by unrelated movement. Correct aiming, suitable detection zones and event settings are needed for effective operation.
The cameras also support face detection. This detects a face in the image; it does not identify a person by name. Additional NVR analytics depend on the selected recorder, firmware and operating mode.
Recording, Storage and Hik-Connect
Select an optional pre-fitted hard drive to store footage on the recorder. Available choices are No HDD, 1TB, 2TB, 4TB, 6TB and 8TB. The No HDD option requires a compatible drive to be added before the NVR can store recordings. Recording retention depends on camera quantity, bitrate, drive capacity and schedule.
Connect a compatible monitor for local viewing and configure Hik-Connect for remote access. Remote viewing requires an internet connection; local recording can operate without internet access. Optional microSD storage in each camera is separate from the recorder’s HDD.

Camera power planning: Each camera is rated at up to 16W over PoE+. At that maximum, 4 cameras require 64W, 8 require 128W and 16 require 256W. These figures exceed the corresponding recorder’s built-in PoE budget. Larger configurations may therefore require an additional correctly rated PoE+ switch or suitable separate camera power. Contact us to confirm the power arrangement for your selected configuration; additional power equipment is sold separately.
Storage selection: Your order includes only the HDD option selected. Two drive bays in the 16-channel recorder do not mean two drives are included. Recorder decoding and analytics limits depend on the model, firmware and enabled functions.

Installation & Compatibility
Plan the camera positions, cable routes, recorder capacity and total power requirement before installation. Connect cameras to suitable PoE+ ports using the supplied black CAT5 cables, keeping within the power budget. If an additional network PoE+ switch is used, connect and configure it appropriately with the NVR’s network; the recorder’s channel limit still applies.
Connect the recorder to a compatible monitor using the supplied HDMI cable, then activate the cameras and configure recording, audio, detection rules and remote access. Keep the NVR indoors in a dry, ventilated location. IP67 protection applies to the cameras; outdoor cable joints and entry points must be correctly sealed.
The cameras are fixed turret models with manual aiming. The optional Hikvision DS-1280ZJ-DM8 back base provides space for cable connections and is listed in the supplied camera datasheet. Choose suitable fixings and a matching finish where available.
Complete Your Installation
