Please note that you have the option to return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. However, please be aware that a postage cost of £8.50 plus VAT for Maniland shipment and £15 Plus VAT from shipments to Northern Ireland . will be deducted from the refunded amount. The return postage is always paid by buyer . Additionally, if the returned items fall under special orders, such as PTZ or high-value IP cameras, a 20% re-stocking charge will apply. This charge is necessary because in such cases, we may need to send the items back to the supplier, and there are associated costs involved. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2days of us receiving back the returns, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Before proceeding with the installation of the systems, we kindly request you to test them on the bench to ensure they meet your requirements. In case the systems do not meet your expectations, you have the option to return them within 30 days for a full refund. If the returned items are found to be in used condition, a deduction of up to 50% may be applied, depending on the condition of the items upon return.
In case of warranty repairs , the buyer will pay postage cost for return of faulty item/s . In case we receive an item and realise that the item is not faulty the buyer has to pay for postage out also .
We can ship to virtually any address in the UK and Europe . Shipping rates varies from country to country . For UK main land the shipping is £8.50 , for Northern Ireland and Scotish HighLands and Channel Irelands the postage is £15 plus VAT ( we do not know why DPD charge More for this but they do ) it is Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. the buyer is always responsible to pay for customs and excise duty in their own country
