Hikvision DS-2DE7A425IW-AEB(T5) helps you monitor larger outdoor areas, follow movement and inspect distant activity using detailed 4MP video and 25x optical zoom. This 4MP PTZ camera combines remote pan and tilt control with AcuSense human and vehicle classification, automatic tracking and infrared illumination reaching up to 200 metres.
From commercial entrances and car parks to warehouses and larger properties, you can move between a wider overview and a closer view of a particular area. Powered-by-DarkFighter low-light imaging, a built-in speaker and configurable white flashing-light warnings provide useful ways to monitor and respond to events, with remote access through Hik-Connect when correctly connected and configured.

AcuSense Human & Vehicle Detection
AcuSense supports human and vehicle classification for perimeter functions including line crossing, intrusion, region entrance and region exit detection. Configure the detection areas and target types to suit your installation. Face capture is also supported; this should not be confused with automatic identification of a person.
DarkFighter Low-Light Imaging & 200m Infrared
Powered-by-DarkFighter technology supports low-light imaging when some ambient light is available. Infrared illumination provides black-and-white viewing in darkness, with a specified maximum range of 200 metres. Actual visibility depends on zoom, weather, reflections and the scene; this distance is not a guaranteed identification range.
Automatic Tracking & Audio-Visual Warnings
Automatic tracking can follow moving subjects when enabled and correctly configured. Manual tracking and remote PTZ control are also available. Selected events can trigger the built-in speaker and white flashing-light warning.
The camera provides external audio input and output connections. A built-in microphone is not listed, so do not assume that ambient sound recording is available without suitable external audio equipment.
Recording & Remote Viewing
Record through a compatible network video recorder or an optional microSD, microSDHC or microSDXC card up to 256GB. H.265+ compression can reduce storage and bandwidth requirements compared with older codecs, depending on settings and the scene. Hik-Connect supports remote access with internet connectivity and appropriate setup.

Installation & Compatibility
Install the camera on a suitable load-bearing surface using a compatible bracket and appropriate fixings. Allow clearance for pan and tilt movement, protect all outdoor connections and position the camera to minimise obstructions and strong reflections.
Camera power: Use a suitable 24V AC supply or compatible Hi-PoE equipment capable of meeting the camera’s maximum 42W requirement. Standard PoE or PoE+ ports must not be assumed suitable.
Recorder connection: The Hikvision DS-7604NXI-K1/4P can be used for recording with suitable configuration. Its IEEE 802.3af/at ports and 50W shared PoE budget do not make it a suitable Hi-PoE power source for this camera. Use separate camera power and connect the camera and recorder through a suitable network arrangement.
Mounting choice: The linked DS-1604ZJ is a wall mount. Corner installation requires a compatible corner mounting assembly, such as the manufacturer-listed DS-1604ZJ-BOX-CORNER, sold separately.
