The Dahua IPC-HFW3649T1-AS-PV-PRO combines detailed 6MP video, WizColor low-light imaging and TiOC PRO active deterrence to help you see and respond to activity around your property. Supplied in white with a 2.8mm fixed lens, this two-way audio security camera includes dual microphones and a speaker, allowing you to listen and speak through supported software.
This Dahua WizColor camera pairs a large 1/1.8-inch sensor with an F1.0 aperture for colour imaging in low light. Smart Dual Light adds infrared and warm illumination, while red and blue warning lights and audible alerts provide a configurable response to detected events. A wide 109° horizontal view suits entrances, driveways, shop fronts and other areas needing broad coverage.

6MP Detail with a Wide 2.8mm View
Capture video at up to 3288 × 1850 resolution and 25/30fps, depending on the video system setting. The 2.8mm lens provides a 109° horizontal, 59° vertical and 131° diagonal field of view, making it useful for watching a broad area around an entrance or building.
The camera has a fixed-focal lens. Its mounting bracket allows the viewing direction to be adjusted during installation; it does not provide motorised pan, tilt or optical zoom.
WizColor and Smart Dual Light
The large sensor and F1.0 aperture help this Dahua WizColor camera make effective use of available light. Where illumination is insufficient, the built-in warm light supports full-colour viewing, while infrared illumination supports black-and-white night images.
In Smart Dual Light mode, configured target detection can activate warm illumination to capture relevant activity in colour, then return to infrared viewing when the event ends. The stocked 2.8mm version provides up to 40m IR and up to 40m warm-light illumination.
Colour images in complete darkness require the warm light. Actual image detail depends on lighting, distance and camera positioning; the illumination range is not an identification distance.
Two-Way Audio and TiOC PRO Active Deterrence
Dual microphones and a built-in speaker make this a practical two-way audio security camera for speaking to visitors, responding to deliveries or communicating at an entrance. Use supported Dahua software, such as DMSS, with the required network and audio settings.
Red and blue warning lights and audible alarms can be linked to supported events. Configure these responses to suit the location, alongside recording and notifications. Supported one-tap arming and disarming provides convenient control of event linkage.
WizSense Detection and AcuPick Search
SMD 4.0 helps distinguish people and vehicles from other movement. Tripwire and intrusion rules support human and vehicle classification, with additional supported functions including stay detection, loitering detection and face capture.
AcuPick works with compatible recording equipment to help locate human and vehicle targets in live and recorded video. Search functions and available event handling depend on the recorder, firmware and configuration; check the complete system when selecting an NVR.
Balanced Images, Recording and Remote Access
130dB WDR helps retain detail when bright backgrounds and shaded subjects appear in the same scene. AI scene adjustment, noise reduction and backlight compensation provide further tools for adapting the image to the installation.
H.265 and supported smart coding help manage network bandwidth and storage requirements. The camera supports a microSD card up to 512GB, alongside compatible NVR, NAS and FTP/SFTP storage arrangements. Storage equipment is sold separately, and recording duration depends on capacity, image settings and the recording schedule.
DMSS supports remote access on compatible mobile devices once the camera or recording system is configured. Internet access is required for viewing away from the local network.

Installation & Compatibility
Connect this 6MP PoE bullet camera to a suitable 802.3at PoE+ port using an Ethernet cable. Alternatively, use an appropriate 12V DC supply with a separate network connection. Allow for the camera’s maximum 15.1W PoE consumption when planning the complete system.
Choose an NVR that supports 6MP recording, the required frame rate and the camera features you intend to use. ONVIF support assists integration, but advanced analytics, two-way talk and event control depend on the recorder and software combination.
The optional Dahua DH-PFA130-E back base is listed as compatible by Dahua and provides space for a tidy cable connection arrangement. Fit the camera to a suitable surface, seal external connections and position it to avoid nearby surfaces reflecting illumination back into the lens.
Complete Your Installation
Add the recording, cabling, mounting and viewing equipment required for your installation. The following items are optional and sold separately.
- Dahua NVR4104HS-P-EI: A four-channel WizSense recorder supporting 6MP cameras and 802.3af/at power. Its 45W total PoE budget must cover all connected cameras; fit suitable storage for recording.
- 20m Outdoor CAT5 Network Cable: A black solid-copper cable with RJ45 connectors for the wired network and PoE+ connection.
- Dahua DH-PFA130-E Back Base: A compatible junction box for a neater installation and protected cable management.
