Camera Technology Explained

Powered by DarkFighter

Powered by DarkFighter technology is designed to improve image quality
in low-light environments. Combined with the 1/1.8-inch image sensor
and F1.0 aperture, the camera can retain useful detail where standard
cameras may struggle.

AcuSense Human and Vehicle Classification

AcuSense uses deep-learning technology to classify human and vehicle
targets for supported motion and perimeter events. This helps focus
alerts on activity that is more relevant to CCTV monitoring.

Built-in Microphone

The integrated microphone records real-time audio alongside the video.
This model is a microphone-only camera and does not have
a built-in speaker for two-way audio.

Infrared Night Vision

The camera uses 850nm infrared illumination with a range of up to
30 metres. In darkness, the camera switches to
black-and-white imaging using its IR-cut filter.

130dB Wide Dynamic Range

130dB WDR helps balance bright and dark areas in the same scene,
making it useful for entrances, reception areas and locations where
strong daylight or backlighting is present.

Local and Network Recording

Record through a compatible Hikvision NVR or use the built-in
memory-card slot with a supported microSD, microSDHC or microSDXC
card up to 512GB.
