Description
Hikvision DS-KH6320-WTE1 7-inch IP Video Intercom Monitor with Wi-Fi & PoE
Hikvision DS-KH6320-WTE1 puts visitor answering, two-way conversation and door release within easy reach. See who is calling on the colour touchscreen, speak through the built-in microphone and loudspeaker, and release a compatible connected door without walking to the entrance. This 7-inch intercom monitor provides a convenient answering point for homes, apartments, offices and reception areas.
Choose PoE for power and network data through one Ethernet cable, or use Wi-Fi with a separate 12V DC supply where a wired network connection is less convenient. Hik-Connect support also lets you answer compatible intercom calls and manage visitor access from your smartphone when the system is configured for remote use.
Key Features
- ✓ 7-inch capacitive touchscreen — answer calls and operate the system directly from the display.
- ✓ 1024 × 600 resolution — view visitors and navigate the colour interface.
- ✓ Standard IEEE 802.3af PoE — carry power and network data over one Ethernet cable.
- ✓ 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Ethernet — choose the network connection that suits your installation.
- ✓ Hik-Connect mobile access — receive calls, view compatible door stations and release connected doors remotely.
- ✓ Two-way audio — built-in microphone and speaker with noise suppression and echo cancellation.

- ✓ Slim indoor design — surface mounting with a depth of just 15.1mm.
Why Choose This Indoor Monitor?
The Hikvision DS-KH6320-WTE1 gives everyone inside a straightforward way to answer visitors from a fixed screen. It is useful when several people share responsibility for an entrance, when a phone is not nearby, or when a reception desk needs a dedicated answering point.
Its touchscreen brings calling, compatible camera viewing and system settings together, while the choice of PoE, Ethernet and Wi-Fi makes it easier to plan around the available cabling. Add Hik-Connect for the convenience of answering visitors when you are away.
See Visitors and Speak Before Opening
The colour TFT display shows video from a compatible door station, helping you identify the person at your entrance before granting access. The built-in omnidirectional microphone and loudspeaker support hands-free conversation, with echo cancellation and noise suppression to improve speech clarity.
Door release operates through a correctly configured intercom and compatible locking equipment. The outdoor door station and electric lock are separate parts of the installation.
Hik-Connect Indoor Station for Remote Answering
Use this Hik-Connect indoor station as part of a compatible system to receive visitor calls, view the entrance and release a connected door from the mobile app. Remote functions require internet access, a configured Hik-Connect account and compatible equipment and firmware.
PoE or Wi-Fi: Choose How You Connect
PoE installation: connect the monitor to a suitable IEEE 802.3af PoE switch or injector. One Ethernet cable supplies both network data and power, reducing the need for a separate power supply beside the monitor.
Wi-Fi installation: use this Wi-Fi intercom monitor on a compatible 2.4GHz wireless network and provide a separate 12V DC supply. Wi-Fi carries the network connection; the monitor still needs electrical power. Wired Ethernet can also be used with a separate 12V DC supply.
View Linked Cameras and Keep Visitor Records
View live video from compatible door stations and up to 16 linked network cameras from the indoor screen. This gives you another convenient place to check an entrance or camera view alongside your intercom calls.
The microSD/TF slot accepts cards up to 128GB for supported image capture, messages and records. Storage features depend on system configuration and firmware. A memory card is sold separately.

Installation & Compatibility
This monitor is designed for indoor use with compatible Hikvision IP video intercom equipment. Check the door-station model, supported firmware and system configuration before adding it to an existing installation. It is not a direct replacement for every analogue or two-wire intercom monitor.
For PoE, use a compatible standard PoE switch or injector and suitable network cabling. For Wi-Fi or non-PoE Ethernet, provide a correctly connected 12V DC supply. Check wireless coverage at the intended mounting position before choosing Wi-Fi.
Remote answering requires an internet-connected system and Hik-Connect setup. Door release also requires a compatible door station, lock and correctly designed wiring and power arrangement. Relay contact ratings must be respected; an electric lock may need its own power supply.
