Description
Hikvision DS-2CE5AH0T-VPIT3ZE 5MP Motorised Varifocal PoC Dome CCTV Kit with AcuSense DVR
The Hikvision DS-2CE5AH0T-VPIT3ZE Kit combines genuine
5MP motorised varifocal PoC dome cameras with a Hikvision AcuSense PoC DVR
to provide adjustable viewing angles, intelligent human and vehicle detection
and simplified power-over-coax installation.
Designed for homes, shops, offices, warehouses and commercial premises, this
Hikvision 5MP CCTV kit uses a 2.7–13.5mm motorised varifocal
lens, allowing each camera view to be adjusted to suit the exact area being
monitored.
Because the camera supports Hikvision PoC.at, compatible cameras can receive
power and transmit video through the same coaxial connection when used with
the supplied PoC recorder. This makes the system a practical
PoC CCTV kit for both new installations and suitable analogue
CCTV upgrades.

5MP High-Resolution CCTV
The DS-2CE5AH0T-VPIT3ZE uses a 5MP CMOS image sensor and
delivers a maximum resolution of 2560 × 1944, providing
significantly more recorded detail than standard 1080p analogue CCTV.
The Hikvision DS-2CE5AH0T-VPIT3ZE Kit is suitable for
entrances, retail areas, offices, warehouses, workshops and other locations
where detailed recorded footage is important.
For customers looking for a Hikvision 5MP CCTV kit with
greater flexibility than a fixed-lens system, the motorised lens allows each
camera to be adjusted to suit its individual installation position.
2.7–13.5mm Motorised Varifocal Lens
The camera uses a 2.7–13.5mm motorised varifocal lens with an
approximate horizontal field of view from 95° to 26°.
At the wider end, the camera is suitable for broad areas such as entrances,
rooms and reception areas. At the narrower end, the view can be concentrated
on gates, doors, tills, corridors or other important points of interest.
This makes the system a useful motorised varifocal CCTV kit
where different camera locations require different viewing angles.
PoC — Power over Coax
Hikvision PoC allows a compatible camera to receive power through the same
coaxial cable used to transmit its video signal when connected to a compatible
Hikvision PoC DVR.
The Hikvision DS-2CE5AH0T-VPIT3ZE Kit therefore does not
normally require a separate camera power supply and splitter when used with
the supplied PoC recorder.
This helps simplify installation and makes the system a practical
PoC CCTV kit for installers who want to reduce separate
camera power connections.
Smart IR Night Vision up to 40 Metres
The DS-2CE5AH0T-VPIT3ZE provides up to
40 metres of infrared illumination under suitable conditions.
Smart IR helps regulate infrared intensity to reduce overexposure when a person
or object moves closer to the camera, helping provide more balanced night-time
footage.
IP67 Weather Protection & IK10 Vandal Resistance
The camera features a strong metal dome construction with
IP67 weather protection and IK10 vandal resistance.
This makes the DS-2CE5AH0T-VPIT3ZE particularly suitable for exposed locations,
public-facing areas, warehouses, entrances and other installations where a
more robust camera housing is beneficial.
Hikvision AcuSense Human & Vehicle Detection
The supplied Hikvision AcuSense PoC DVR uses deep-learning technology to
classify human and vehicle targets.
This helps reduce unnecessary motion alerts caused by non-target movement and
makes recorded events easier to find. The
Hikvision DS-2CE5AH0T-VPIT3ZE Kit therefore combines robust
motorised dome cameras with smarter DVR-based detection.

Ideal For
- Entrances and doorways
- Retail shops and tills
- Offices and reception areas
- Warehouses and industrial units
- Workshops and garages
- Commercial premises
- Public-facing areas
- Locations requiring vandal-resistant camera protection
The Hikvision DS-2CE5AH0T-VPIT3ZE Kit is particularly useful
where a robust vandal-resistant dome camera and adjustable viewing angle are
required.
Installation & Compatibility
The DS-2CE5AH0T-VPIT3ZE connects to the Hikvision PoC DVR using BNC coaxial
cabling.
When connected to the compatible PoC recorder, the same coaxial cable carries
both camera video and power, reducing the need for separate 12V camera power
cabling.
The 2.7–13.5mm motorised varifocal lens can then be adjusted to achieve the
required viewing angle for each installation position.
For Hik-Connect remote viewing, the DVR must be connected to a suitable
internet router and configured correctly.
